It's been a while since I ventured into 'favourites' territory but I've been trying out a whole host of new products lately and really enjoying them so wanted to share my new favourites with you. Be warned, this post is a biggie.
Skin Doctors InGrow Go
I went for a wax recently and couldn't locate my bottle of this stuff. Cue two very nasty little ingrown hairs! Horrible. I've got my hands on a brand new bottle though and have learnt my lesson.
Inlight Organic Chocolate Face Mask
Terry's Chocolate Orange in a jar. This smells heavenly. It's got a slightly rough texture which exfoliates and when you remove with a hot flannel, you're left with that slightly oily residue which my dry skin loves so much. This is the one your skin is craving now that it's gotten a little chillier.
Bumble & Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finish
If you read beauty blogs, no doubt you've seen a million and one reviews of this stuff lately. It's really good. That's all you need to know.
Liz Earle Strengthening Nail Colour in Moment In Time
The perfect autumnal classic nail colour. Loving this new launch from Liz Earle.
Green People Age Defy+ Cell Enrich Facial Oil
I am back on the facial oils with a vengeance as my poor dry skin needs everything it can get at the moment. I've not been using this one long but it's a beauty and my first real foray into Green People having cooed over the tubs and bottles in Wholefoods for so long.
Kerastase Elixir Ultime Imperial Tea
I was warned I would fall in love with this Chanel scented hair serum, and that I have. I run a pump through wet hair pre-blow dry and then finish off my ends with a little to keep things looking neat and tidy.
Elemental Herbology Watermelon & Cucumber Body Lotion
The scent is probably more aligned with summer usage but nevertheless I'm continuing to use up this body moisturiser until I need something more heavy duty. Really light on the skin and soaks in relatively quickly. Smells dreamy.
Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation
I've now got this in two shades, one which is much too dark for me (stolen from Tanya's make-up bag) and now this one which is probably my 'winter' shade. I love it. The coverage is spot on for me and it's a pleasure to apply. Big fan!
Ellis Faas Mascara
Just look at that packaging. I get all kinds of funny looks when I whip it out of my handbag on the tube for a little touch up but I think it's brilliant. Love that all of the Ellis Faas packaging looks identical, I think it's really slick. I've got long lashes so this mascara is perfect for coating each lash in one thin layer of product - you're left with elongated, darkened lashes which look totally natural.
St Tropez Bronzing Mousse
I've been using this for quite a few months now and really love it. I know there are lots of mixed opinions when it comes to St T but I cannot fault this product. I am never streaky and am left with the perfect glow. Spot on!
Now, I can't quite say if this works or not yet. It is a serum for your scalp that you drop on whilst hair is damp. It is supposed to make hair healthier, shinier and thicker. We shall see! For now, I'm loving the process of using it and love the packaging.
REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask
Ever covered your face in marmalade? No? Well.. this feels just like that, I promise you. Sticky and sweet, it does feel rather odd, but after use skin is left visibly brighter and healthier and for that I will put up with marmalade face once a week.
Have you tried any of the above? If not, what would be your top pick following this post?
