Whilst we're taking technological things, I've also been using two apps: myfitnesspal & Nike Training Club to monitor my food intake and give me an exercise routine I can do easily. After I workout I make a Maxitone shake* - it's chocolate flavoured so actually pretty yum!
When it comes to food, I've been being super healthy and also trying to add some extras to my diet to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients I need. I love Linwood's Milled Flaxseed, Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Walnuts & Q10. I add it to yoghurt, porridge, salad, soup.. anything. I also add in Udo's Oil which I've been trying to take every day in my food as it tastes okay and supposedly does absolute wonders for your hair, skin & nails. Much nicer than fish oil!
