REVIEW: DIPTYQUE FEU DE BOIS

November 15, 2012

Photobucket Candles, for me, are an essential luxury. Especially in winter.

Yes, the typically Christmas scents are lovely but there is something special about the likes of Jo Malone Roasted Chestnut or Pomegranate Noir and this little gem of a candle here, Diptyque Feu de Bois. They're festive without being cinnamon-filled. These are the darker, deeper, warm and woody scents that are more subtle and so much more beautiful.

I burn this in my bedroom during the dark winter evenings and it makes me feel so comfortable and warm with it's firewood scent. If you've ever lived with an open fire or a log burner, you'll appreciate this one.

P.S. Hope you like the new layout?
